I gave them $3.50 business at their ATM and they gave me small bills. So I walked inside and asked if I could exchange these small bills for larger bills and I was told no because I didn’t have an account. You have got to be kidding me. I don’t care that it’s not their policy. They are a financial institution that is Mandated by federal law to provide such services. And if it’s their policy, not to do it, then they should’ve refunded my ATM fee. That is terrible customer service.
Friendly staff and great bank, have no complaints with them. 4 stars
