I have been banking here for over 8 years and they treat you like family. Friendly, helpful and have gone out of their way to help. I have a broken spine and wear a brace, I dropped my pen and the teller told me to hang on and she came around to get it for me. That's great customer service. I recently moved so I'm farther away but I don't plan to change banks. So much can be done by the mobile options, and when I need to go into the bank, it's worth the 30 min drive.
