So I deposited 10,000 into my account on a Friday, by Monday at 1130 pm it had processed and cleared into my account. Tuesday morning I walk into the bank and am approached by the branch manager who asked if I needed help. I informed her I want to pull out 8,500 from my account. She basically told me it hadn't cleared and I could not access it, so I drove to Elk River and walked into a different branch where they absolutely let me do it. I've been banking with The Bank of Elk River for many years. Any questions I've ever had are easily and immediately taken care of. I make a point to go inside the bank because of the great employees. The Otsego branch is the best. End of story.
The people there are so very nice. I love the girls at the drive through, always give my dog a treat. 😊
I went to the Bank Of Elk River to set up a business account, with Kim's help she made everything so easy and simple. She made sure to explain everything very clearly and answered all my questions. I have been back to make deposits since, and have had a great experience in the lobby with staff being extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend using them for you banking needs!
