Since the new merger I've had issues with my home loan not being applied correctly and marked past due . I have never been late. I called the Delmar location and was given a different number to call. I called that number and they told me the local branch should be handling it. Another month goes by and again my payment was not applied correctly. Friendly staff and convenient location.
The service at the Delmar branch is always friendly and courteous. Jessica always has a smile and is very helpful.
Loved it when it was bank of Delmarva but it seems the hours change frequently. It sucks when your on a tight schedule and think the bank is open but the hours changed again. Very annoying
