Down to 1 star. I’m sitting in the drive through waiting for the teller to figure out how to make a deposit into my account. 10 minutes later she still looks confused. It’s so bad. Disclosure, I’m an account holder. I only do local banks, and have been pleased with the general services of this bank. However, customer service leaves little to be desired. Friendly and easy place to do business! The lobby is open and inviting. We had an appointment, but the teller who greeted us was very friendly. Brooke was great and easily assisted me (and my grandfather) with some things that larger banks didn’t want to handle . The Bank makes the “red tape” a little easier to navigate. Nice work!
Jake and the Bing family always make every loan and money transfer so smooth. Great people to do business with! Always Fast, courteous, and responsive! They make Banking easy!! This is who I recommend!

Bank1905 would do well to refresh their customer service protocols and retire half their staff.
