Great bank with wonderful employees. You can't beat the hometown bank atmosphere where the tellers recognize you when you walk in and Kirk, the branch manager is very responsive and helpful.

Very good costumer service. We have been banking here for years. We have never had a issues at this establishment. Always polite and courteous.
I just opened an account at the branch in Abingdon Virginia about a month ago. Recently,there was an issue of my bank information being used by someone else. Never did I imagine that if there was an issue with my account would I be treated so rudely when inquiring about the issue as I was by a particular teller a few days ago. I was embarrassed to be treated like whoever the person was that commited the fraud instead of the victim of fraud.
