2023-03-31 I visit Sonora every Friday, and the staff at this branch of The Bank & Trust is courteous and friendly. They always remember my face, and they create a pleasant experience. This branch is always clean and sterile. Great bank!
I have been put through so much with this bank. I've been lied to more than once. And when they tell you a check will have a hold for a week, what they really mean is ten days. I've had it with this bank and regret using them. Which will be changing soon.
Everytime you call the number listed on the website after about 5 rings a person in Del Rio answers and the transfers you back to Sonora. Plain ridiculas.
