Amazing customer service! I drive up to window for second time and teller knew my name and was ready with my slip. I was impressed, I didn't even know her name! Always friendly and ready to help. I won't go to another bank. Your never just a number there, your treated with dignity and value, and not just number!
I have done business with The Bank since the beginning and I have always been satisfied.. but yesterday and today both Blaze in Jennings and Bernice from the Iowa branch were so very helpful in getting me what I need.. thanks Ladies.. I appreciate you both.
