I’ve been coming here for quite some time and have always had great experiences with the staff. Lori and Steve are always welcoming and make every visit enjoyable. However, today’s visit was disappointing. I had an interaction with a staff member named Michelle, and her attitude was unwelcoming and her customer service was far from approachable. The staff were friendly and polite, the massage therapist i had, his name is Vincent was great. I felt brand new. Can't wait to go back. I also will like to try some of the many other wellness options you have.
I've done 5 or 6 massages and all excellent. Enjoyed couples massage as well
