I spent $40 there at Christmas. I bought a shirt and a 3d printer dragon for my daughter. My daughter didn't want the $20 dragon. So I called the store to see if they did returns. She said no refunds but exchange is ok. So I said that's fine. The last day I'm there I hang around until they open at 10. I go in and look for something to exchange it for. I go up to the counter, she says no returns on the 3d printer dragons. They could be damaged. Sure enough there's a sign. But tell me can't anything be damaged. I was passed. W... read more

Don't go here if you're actually looking for a cute bag. This store is full of extremist propaganda, don't tread on me junk and other tacky plastic garbage likely to break. An eyesore in the heart of our beloved Bavarian town.

The manager is super rude and snotty. They have a no return policy which is fine but they won't even let you exchange something if it's not damaged. The manager said and I quote "you can't just buy something and decide you don't want it." Which I thought was rude sense I paid for it

Extremely rude manager. Didn’t let me return/exchange my item because it wasn’t “damaged”. She put the item in my face and said “i don’t see a difference??!?” Snotty attitude and terrible service. Not to mention who she’s hiring. most people that work here are extremely rude. Do not go here
