I highly recommend The Backyard Store. I purchased a hot tub from this retailer in 2005, and it is still in excellent condition! Anytime I have an issue or question, Mark always tells me what I need to know and services my hot tub whenever needed. In fact, I had a bad experience with another company (not realizing that The Back Yard Store performed spa repairs), and Mark came to my rescue.
