We waited for it to open at the schedule time (11am) and nobody is seen anywhere... the stores dark inside. Waited for nothing. Disappointed. Update: this is the Danville location. FYI we just visited again (closes at 5) and it’s closed, no one to be seen. I have no idea how to respond/reply.

We are thrilled with our trampoline! John always made himself available for my questions. I even texted him pictures for a trampoline size recommendation. He just went above and beyond to help make this huge purchase for our family as fun as possible.
Bought a big old springfree trampoline here. Scott the sales guy was super mellow and let me bounce for hour while figuring out the right model.
