We purchased the Cozy 6’by 6’ and are very happy with our choice. Cristen and Amir have been very helpful throughout the process and did exactly what they proposed and came together on the day they planned and worked efficiently and quickly to assemble the sauna. Very good experience!
We have have nothing but positive things to say about Cristen and her team at the Backyard Barrel. Everything from communication, to delivery and set up went so smoothly and we are in love with our cube sauna. The craftsmanship looks excellent and they made sure to explain how everything worked with no hesitation to contact in the future if we needed guidance. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to enjoying our backyard sauna for many years to come.
Can’t say enough about how kind and professional Amir and Cristen are. Everything they did was with care and quality. Install day was a positive experience and it was clear they love what they do. They had foresight to ensure it all went well and was in the best place, and that everything necessary was ready for the electrician.
