Had an excellent experience this past weekend with The Backyard Barrel. Pickup was a breeze, the sauna was clean and easy to use. Everyone loved it! Highly recommend.
We rented a sauna from The Backyard Barrel for three nights and absolutely loved it. We were provided with more than enough firewood for each night and were able to get the sauna to the perfect (very hot) temperature with ease, even in temperatures exceeding -30 and lower with the wind. Trevor was great to deal with and was prompt in answering all of our questions (of which there were few, as it was a very straightforward experience!). We booked our sauna rental online easily and we're able to communicate with the team by phone or email with quick response. Delivery was on time. The sauna was clean and a beautiful and spacious structure. We had our rental over the coldest weekend of this year (-33 to -37 before wind-chill) and had a great experience watching the winter sun rise and cross low in the afternoon. Great product, excellent company, amazing communication and very accommodating. I called late Thursday, and they set me up with a last minute weekend booking. Temperatures reached well past -40....what a great way to stay warm and relax!
Excellent sauna and service. The sauna has a great design and seating layout. We look forward to renting again.
