Products are good, but don't order unless you are 100% sure you want to keep it. Otherwise it will cost you a fortune to return it. I ordered a backrest cushion for a bed for about $135, but it turned out not to work for me. The company said I could return it within 30 days but had to pay mailing costs and a 10% restocking fee. Well USPS and Fedex wanted $75-$79 for the cheapest shipping option. Add $14 to that for restocking, and all I'd get back is $45 or a third of what I paid. So I gave it to someone instead.
