A wonderful yoga workshop with Cherie from The Backroom Forbes and Carmen from The Held Collective. Beautiful gathering of women, explorative/inclusive yoga practice, journaling, beautiful lunch and a safe space. I felt heard, seen and held. Highly recommend these workshops.
