If I can give negative stars for service and due diligence I would. This guy I say guy because. I am not aware of his abilities to practice law. Avery was appointed to represent my fiance, and in a six month period we have not spoken to or had any type of communication with this guy. If I did not google him I would have never known he was a Black guy. The worst part is whomever this female is working in his office seems to know nothing but I left him a message. I was very pleased and satisfied with the case Mr. Avery handled for me! He was professional, intelligent, hard working and thoughtful! I would definitely give him my highest recommendation for anyone looking to hire an attorney!
Mr. Avery has handled several cases for me and other family members and has always done an excellent job on each case. He works hard and was very positive throughout a very stressful situation. I highly recommend him if you need an attorney!
Mr. Avery never return my calls despite the fact that I needed more information about my case. He missed the court apperance and stated his car got stuck in the mud! Come on, he has a fancy, very new SUV! Once he collected his fee, no further help and his office staff is doing a good job covering for him. His ethics and qualities of services to his clients were poor. Please serach for other law firms.
