We recently moved our brother into The Avaline at River Oaks, Memphis TN(Aug. 19, 2025). The move was prompted by unforeseen circumstances, requiring us to move my brother with very little notice. The Staff at Avaline were amazing in assisting us with the move, and obtaining all of the paperwork, Dr's PPOC, etc... So Thank you To April, Sandra and and all the staff for assisting us in making the move!! The environment is so warm and welcoming. They are so cute. They just had Christmas in July events. The memory care director, Germany Johnson, is genuinely warm and caring. She knows each resident by name and has a wonderful rapport with them. I sincerely believe it's just a great experience for them where they are respected and genuinely cared for.
Jasmine & Germany are awesome! They really know how to make activities fun for everyone. My dad looks forward to seeing them everyday & means a lot. They’re always coming up with cool ideas & making sure nobody feels left out. It’s clear they care a lot!
They have much better caregivers that show how much they care! Of course there is always room for growth but you can tell they are trying. Germany is always very easy to talk too and she wants to find a solution in the moment. She made the transition so easy for us.
Awesome place !! Love the new administrator !!
