After getting used and High pressured into buying new hearing aids from two completing business I took up a suggestion from my Primary Care Dr. I made appointment with Dr Basler. Not only did she work with me I had to ask her if I could buy new heating aids. Never was I pressured to buy. If I had met her first I would have saved thousands on hearing aids that WORK for me. Amazing experience.
Every time I see an ad for hearing aid chains I think back to my first experience visiting them. Not good. High pressure sales pitch. Fake doctors. Then I met Dr. Colleen Basler at The Audiology Center. Great attention to detail, thorough examination and kept her appointment with me on time.
