My mother-in-law has been a resident at Auberge at Vintage Lake for several weeks, and we have been so very pleased. Sometimes there is a feeling of desperation, trying to get somebody who has significant memory issues into a safe and loving situation. I want you to know from the bottom of our hearts that we are thrilled with the quality of the staff. They are so kind and caring, and treat my wife’s mother like family. This memory care facility is WONDERFUL! Very professionally managed and the staff is so friendly. The activities are handled by Tammi Moss and she loves working with memory care residents. The staff is also very professional and very friendly, thanks to the leadership of their Executive Director Eddy, the front desk “Sargent’ Nell, and other leaders like Shirley, , Dominique, Liz, just to mention a few. Great community and staff. I have been to this community a couple of times and every time it's clean, warm, and welcoming. Residents are out and engaged. Such a beautiful place.
