We tried to place my mom here and the day before we were moving her in, I got a call saying they sold the building and I needed to get all the furniture out that I just moved in. Now they won't return my calls and have not given us back the deposit we put down. They have other locations in Plano and Bedford . I wouldn't recommend them since they won't return phone calls or refund money when they promised to.

My loved one has been a resident for 2 months now. It was a transition that has been made much easier because of this great facility. It is such a relief knowing she is being taken care of 24/7 and is in a safe, secure environment. The staff is so kind to her and they continually monitor her healthcare needs and keep me informed. The facility is secure and clean.

Auberge is a wonderful facility. They treat my loved one as if she was a part of their family. The caregivers are very welcoming, kind and loving. It has become her home. It’s a great place.

I had the opportunity to visit The Auberge at Valley Ranch was very impressed with all facets of this facility. The care staff and administration were so polite, friendly, and attentive to the residents of this wonderful memory care. 5 stars.
