Nightmare!! Zero stars if I could. Mom fell and found in a pool of blood. Hospitalized. Still can't get a hold of Director Opal or Nurse. They never answer. Medication issues. Constant changes in staff, poor leadership, inexperienced staff, horrible food, unkept patients. I am outraged and highly disappointed.

I have to say that there has been great improvement over the last 6 months. The new Executive Director Opal has been doing a great job. I have really enjoyed all the new activities, the food seems to be better as well. I will say that there are some care staff that could be better, but the new head nurse is great. I feel so much more confident with my mom being there now than I did a year ago. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking. I'm not usually the person to leave a 1 star review, but once Evelyn that works the front desk is removed, I'll happily come back and change my review to a 5. I've never felt so disrespected by this one staff member. I've been going in for 5 years and have loved all of the staff. Please change the first person you see, and have to deal with as soon as you walk in.

Linda always does such a good job with my mom's hair color, cut and styling! She loves seeing Linda every week and being pampered!
