A wonderful community! Very friendly and caring team. You can tell the residents are loved and well cared for.
This is a nice facility with terrible management. During my mother's first two years at the Auberge at Cedar Park, our experience was mostly positive and the staff was great. Things went south when a new director was hired in early 2024. To cut costs, he fired staff or reduced their hours. As a result, the facility was understaffed, especially on weekends. Frontier management is HORRIBLE. I've experienced their lack of care about their employees first hand but at the bee cave location. They do not care about the employees and the residents. All they care about is the move ins, which doesn't happen that often. They fired my father in law today cause he asked for a schedule change two weeks in advance. The so called executive chef had him working three weeks straight, doing doubles. HE NEVER called out, always worked regardless of the schedule. Told him to go home and not come b... read more
This is a company where I would not take my "Loved Ones" . They're always understaffed and they do not like when you are the voice for the resident and report things that aren't right , if you do they will not hesitate to fire you !
