What is going on with Evergreen Management at Auberge of Brookfield? First the ED leaves and no direction from Evergreen, then a death and heavy police presence and now the new ED who vapes at work? Vaping is not even legal or sold in Wisconsin and we were told this is a non smoking community for our mother. My mother recently passed away. I got no condolences from the administrator and when I went to go pick up my mom‘s items I found things missing.. I have called and left voice messages and never got a return call . I have gone to the facility and every time I’m there they are in meetings we’re gone for the day. I have questions about the bills and every time I call to speak with the billing person and show up with receipts in my hand, she also is out to the post office or she’s in a meeting and can’t speak to me. We are having issues with the administrative personnel giving us answers on my mom and dad’s personal effects. Messages have been left any no response. We did not even get a call expressing condolences on our mom’s passing. A business that takes care of our loved ones should be responsive to questions. Concerned when hospice care even expressed questions and was ignored. No finger pointing just one on one conversation at a time when the family is grieving.
