A great community! T’Shara is the Resident Care Coordinator and is so dedicated and caring. I love the floor plan of this community. Because it’s all Memory Care, residents are free to move about as they wish!
Do not send a loved one to this facility. They were supposed to help feed my mom. They did not. They were supposed to keep track of her and have her use her walker, and I when I visited, none of the staff knew where she was, and I had to go find her alone, in a hall, without her walker, desperately trying to hold onto the wall to stay upright. They left my mom's milk out overnight to spoil, and she's already fallen at their facility. I wouldn't kennel my cat at this facility. Update: It's been a year since my mom passed away... read more
