Staff has horrible time management and very bad beside manners. They claim they are "short staffed" and I while I can understand, its not an excuse to treat patients poorly and not care for or neglect them. These are people's lives being dealt with. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not in the future.

Terrible place found out by my grandfathers new rehab center that this place is a skilled nursing center and they don’t take care of the patients here!! They are very rude to them scream and yell at them snd force them to do stuff they don’t want to do. They barely bathed him or cut his nails at all and didn’t make sure he was fed while being at this place he lost 10-15 pounds he looked so sick while staying here. Horrible place to put your loved one for rehab. Some staff were kind to me while visiting my father but a few were very rude. The rude ones took sides of other family and tried to tell me I was not allowed to visit my father, which I found out is against the law they cannot deny visiting. They would say my father said he didn't want me to visit, I would ask my father and he said I did not say that. This place is horrible !!! They are terrible to family members only listen to family and are blocking certain family members of visiting loved one. The nurses are so rude

I have a loved one here and overall the management and caregiving staff and just all of the staff there are so hard-working my only complaint is that they get the resident with behaviors a little on check with-some type of medication regimen that works for them because they are so loud especially over in the 200 hall area my loved one gets woken up all the time and caused me and I can hear a lady yelling and singing with her TV on at the same time I don't know what else to do because he really likes it there.
