I had a great stretch therapy session at American Fitness Center with Demetrius. The session was super informative. Demetrius took the time to explain what was happening with my body and how the stretches were helping, which I really appreciated. I left feeling more flexible, relaxed, and educated about my own movement and tension. Highly recommend!
Was able to help relieve the pain and numbness in my shoulder and arm with a massage treatment.
