I could not recommend this place enough! I bought a pair of shoes that just weren’t the quite the right fit. After 10 days of trying them out I decided to get the next size up. The ladies here took care of it and gave me the refunded money so I could order the size I needed. For me, shoe shopping is difficult because I have larger feet. This was the first time I have ever had shoes that are 100% right and the best shoe shopping experience. Definitely get your runners here!
Horrible attitude from the owner of the store, won’t be shopping at the whitfords store again, you don’t feel welcome and the owner is incredibly rude.
Guy with a backwards cap was very rude, laughed at a question I asked and was no help. Going elsewhere to get shoes, problem solved!
We had a fantastic experience shopping today. The sales lady (Sky-hope I spelled correctly) really went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what our teenager son needed. Sky was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making shopping experience a breeze. Thanks Sky for the outstanding service!
