I visited the West Lakes store today to exchange a pair of Nike Vomeros purchased online. I was served by Deana, whose conduct was professionally unacceptable. From the start, her interaction was aggressive. She falsely accused me twice of wearing the shoes outdoors, despite them being pristine. Don't bother coming here. Came today to look for new shoes. Even though the shop wasn't busy. But the lady was busy with the computer. more important than customers in the shop.
Unhelpful staff. Get it your stuff online. At least it is cheaper.
Great service, very helpful staff. Only place to buy good sneakers.
