I had a very informative discussion with Rob, who had an exceptional amount of knowledge when it it came to running shoes. In the days where information is easy to come across in the net, I can certainly tell you that it is a mile behind the first hand knowledge you can get in store with Rob. What an asset to the store.

Exceptional experience! Will be back, and will recommend to any friends and family needing shoes!! I stopped into the Warrnambool store today and was helped by a new employee, apparently on his second day. Honestly, whatever they’re paying him isn’t enough.
