Went with my mum Bridget (85) to get advice and exchange runners she purchased the day before. Spoke to trainee Rob and we were both very impressed with his knowledge of shoes and anatomy of feet, and feet issues. We were also extremely impressed with his polite manner towards us and felt that we needed to provide this positive feedback.
I had a very informative discussion with Rob, who had an exceptional amount of knowledge when it it came to running shoes. In the days where information is easy to come across in the net, I can certainly tell you that it is a mile behind the first hand knowledge you can get in store with Rob. What an asset to the store.
went there last Sunday (24th May). had a chat with the trainee guy. told him about all my suffering with feet and body pain. he LISTENED and suggested the best shoe i have ever worn at work. you SAVED me. five star isn’t enough for the effort you have put and how friendly you are!! Exceptional experience! Will be back, and will recommend to any friends and family needing shoes!! I stopped into the Warrnambool store today and was helped by a new employee, apparently on his second day. Honestly, whatever they’re paying him isn’t enough. He was hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful person I’ve spoken to about running shoes.
