Ordered shoes online last night. Picked them up this morning. Staff member was very helpful. Suggested that I try on my shoes before leaving to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. A very pleasant experience.

On 26/03/2026 around 3.50pm, we visited in store, there were 3 staff, one has already help the customer and another two just standing behind the counter not even greeting us. We have been to this store before and try to get new pairs unfortunately we decide to walk out straight away.
