Don’t have most common sizes and sold larger size than required
Took some sneakers I had worn for a month into the store as the online chat recommended as it wasn't resolved. My sneakers had worn holes inside the heel, around the size of 10c coin. Photos were sent and no resolution happened and it was suggested to go into the store. I had bought goretex sneakers for wet weather use. After being interrogated by the store manager on what I might have done to cause the holes I was offered 2 alternate shoes to replace. The cheapest being $50 more than what I paid.
