Unacceptable Service and Poor Quality - Avoid Mona Vale Store I purchased $200 shoes from The Athlete’s Foot Mona Vale and after just over 6 months, the lace eyelet tore out - rendering the shoes completely useless. I went back expecting some level of accountability or support, but was flatly told there’s nothing they can do. The staff at Warriewood Athlete’s foot are all pleasant and helpful. Big shout out to Kai who went above and beyond to help me yesterday. AF at the Mall is closer, but we always go to Warriewood for the service.

Always a pleasent experience having shoes fitted at this store. Today we were assisted by Tahli who was wonderful. She directed her questions to my 10 year old daughter who was buying some netball shoes and was very friendly and engaging. Thank you Tahli, these experiences mean alot to young children :)
