They were OK. Felt a lot like they just wanted the sale and weren’t too interested in my medical issues and how they impact my needs with footwear. Sized me up about 3 sizes bigger than I’m used to, but I guess they’re the experts, so they know what they’re talking about??? I got a pair of shoes I guess I’m alright with, but I hope they don’t fall apart and rub up against my heels and burst them open AGAIN and I have issues.
