Bought a pair of shoes online at the Knox branch, drove all the way there only to find they had sold my shoes to someone else. They offered to have another pair delivered from The Athletes Foot Vic Gardens branch which I agreed to. I provided them with my name, address and contact details. I checked the receipt awhile later only to find that they recorded most of my details wrong.
