I was initially advised that as the model was no longer available, a refund wasn’t possible and was offered 50% off another pair instead. Great experience with Will today, we went into the store to buy some shoes for my daughter and I. Will was absolutely fantastic, he knew his stuff explained the difference between the shoes, offered to order the shoes in if they didn't have the colour. Would definitely return
