I had mistakenly bought a pair of Hoka shoes, for $290, that were a little too narrow. They felt good in the shop but after a few hours of wearing them I knew I had made a mistake. My fault not Athletes Foot staffs. I returned a week later on Saturday 25 October 2025 to buy a better fitting pair at my expense. If i could give this place more stars i would. I've had problems with pain in my feet for the last 5 years. Kelly is the only person to listen to me, diagnose, explain (with pinpoint accuracy) and find the perfect shoe for me at the best price. Even though they didn't have the shoe in stock she referred me to the website which would have it and it just happened to be on sale. Amazing customer service by every staff member I dealt with at this store. I was looking for a new pair of walking shoes on first visit. Served by Ebony. Her knowledge was exceptional. She took to time to really understand what i wanted and best of all she listened to me. I walked out with the perfect shoes for me. During this visit I was also interested in another pair of shoes.
