I went into the Traralgon store today, upon entering the store the staff member immediately came at me and nearly ran into me. When I advise what I was looking for I received immediate judgement and when I advised I wanted to just browse and would ask for help when I was ready the staff member went over to other colleagues and started whispering. It was not an enjoyable experience. I felt very uncomfortable and judged and I left the store.

Friendly and helpful staff that know what they’re doing! Shopped from them recently explaining my job as a nurse and the need for sturdy and comfortable shoes. They showed some recommendations. What I bought has been excellent. Strong recommendation.
