Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, she didn’t wanna help look up my size details from last time I shopped in there (5 months ago) was very rude, told me I wasn’t in the system and went onto someone else in the shop without asking if I wanted to try on some shoes. Hopefully she doesn’t work every day because I’ll try going in on another day other than Thursday because I want to buy the same shoe different colour
I went into the Traralgon store today, upon entering the store the staff member immediately came at me and nearly ran into me. When I advise what I was looking for I received immediate judgement and when I advised I wanted to just browse and would ask for help when I was ready the staff member went over to other colleagues and started whispering. It was not an enjoyable experience. I felt very uncomfortable and judged and I left the store.
