The service at the athletes foot is unmatched. I was greeted when I walked in, not pressured in the slightest and got the most friendly service I think I’ve received in all my life. Daniel was incredible, down to his friendly demeanour and his expert knowledge. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was able to give me some much needed information and help on the correct shoes for my running journey. Online order returned in shop told refund issued week later no refund contacted customer support by phone they would look into and email me no email back nothing back shocking
Anna, the sales associate was fantastic in helping us find the perfect school shoes for my son. She was quick, friendly, and gave great advice on sizing up to accommodate his growing feet. Her expertise and excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable!
