I had a great experience at Foot Locker Toowoomba thanks to Sam. He was incredibly mature, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Although my preferred colour wasn’t in stock, Sam still took the time to help size my foot properly and made sure I had all the right information. Doug served me (he was pleasant and respectfulin asking if I needed help) and I was so impressed with how genuine he was in wanting to give me the right information. Went to buy some running shoes with no prior experience with any kind of quality shoes. Was served by Tristan he wasn't pushy, found me something exactly within my budget even after giving him the okay to go a little higher. Absolutely prioritized my experience as a customer.
