Olivia guided me perfectly through what kind of shoes fits me the best- she was very kind, patient and informative. I also liked the tech they have which they used to scan my feet to find out it's type.
I had hurt my ankle 6 weeks ago,and went to athlete foot Toowoomba, and was looked after by Josh, he spent the time with me needed to find the right shoe for me, he never made me feel I was taking up too much time, not rushed.he was knowledgeable, patient, listened, Thanks Josh, and my physio was very happy with the shoe chosen.
Cant recommend this team/shop enough. I purchased a pair of shoes online and the team did everything possible to track them down, when there was a slight shipping hiccup. The communication and customer service was outstanding. Would highly recommend Josh and Zyon and the whole store for all your footwear needs!
Came in around before Christmas looking for some rugby cleats and staff immediately helped me pick out a perfect fitting pair of cleats. They staff were also incredibly knowledgeable on what my needs for my sports footwear would be and truly helped me last second to get some incredible shoes that really helped me play. 10/10, incredible people at the athlete's foot.
The staff were very knowledgeable and Mat was very helpful.
