I bought a pair of shoes on Black Friday sales and wait for 12 days for the shoes to be delivered. I am the one who called to check twice if my shoe is ready. I didnot get any call or message of notice. What more disappointed is that one of the sales people, she was 100% sure and promised that my shoe would be deliered to their store at Ringwood. I even went to Ringwood store to double check. Now, after waited for such a long time and I have to drive 1 hour to pick up my shoe. What a "GREAT" shopping experience". THANK YOU!

Shakira is a gem, so welcoming, and knowledgeable. She was alone but continued to take care of me and my son and a few others in stores. The whole time with a smile never making us feel rushed to make a choice. Will definitely be back. Thankyou Shakira
I visited the store with my dad, who was looking for more comfortable shoes. Brittany was attentive and knowledgeable, and provided great options. She was friendly and patient despite the fact she could not sell us the shoes as they did not have the right size and colour combination. Would visit again!
