Excellent customer service from the store manager Shakira who is very helpful and friendly. She is knowledgeable and confident with her recommendations. I prefer travelling a long way to this store even though there are stores close to my home. I don't just by shoes here but also accessories becaof the fantastic service.
So pleased to get individual attention at the store yesterday afternoon. What a delightful young manageress, giving old fashioned SERVICE (with a smile)..... and yes, I walked away happy, wearing my new runners.
Had an amazing customer experience with Shakira, she is beyond knowledgeable and helpful, helped fit me up for shoes for work and took her time explaining everything and helped me find what worked. She is a gem to this company. I’ll be back she never made me feel like I was rushed even when she was serving multiple people in store.
Amazing experience with Joanna at The Athlete’s Foot Glen. She was incredibly helpful, very patient, and explained everything with such clarity. Her consistent positive vibe made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish.
