LOVED the service by Jason. He was being so professional and kind when he was helping me pick out a shoe. I initially visited the store and was immediately assisted by Jason. He was being incredible friendly and patient with me since I had no idea what I wanted to get. Staff fitted my running shoes wrong size and wrong width. Hurt my feet and lower back after a run! How can a professional do not know that running shoes is supposed to be half size or one size bigger?! Now my lower back and feet are injured and I have to take time off work as I work in hospitality! All because of one under trained staff careless!
We went in to get my partner fitted for new running shoes and dealt with Levi, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, hopefully next time I come in he’ll be working!
Shout out to Eugene at the Athlete's Foot. I came into the store recovering from a fifth metatarsal fracture. My physio said I was ready for shoes, but I was cautious because of an upcoming holiday abroad. Eugene did the feet measuring science, load balancing, gate etc, and recommended 3 different pairs. One I'd seen on YouTube but I ended up going with a brand I hadn't heard of before. They were more comfortable and secure than the fracture shoe.
