Best customer service experience I ever had. It was a pleasant experience buying from this store as the shop assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about foot wear. Although not the cheapest store in town, the service provided was exceptional.
Can’t trust delivery service. They use Startrek who seem to always claim a delivery attempt was made but never tried so you have to then go to a collection point - less helpful than buying in store or through Amazon or other on line shops. And then they don’t deliver to a collection point like their FAQ says they will (giving you 10 days to collect). Instead they return to sender and you then start the whole circus again.
I visited The Athlete’s Foot yesterday evening at 5:48pm (9th June) after work intending to purchase a pair of shoes. Before making a purchase, I wanted to have my foot size measured to ensure I selected the correct fit. Unfortunately, the staff member serving that evening declined to assist me, stating that taking a shoe measurement would take too long as they close at 6. Jason was very very helpful and helped choose the right he shoes
Wasn't that difficult to find the store. Right next to the food court and near the stairs leading up to Town Hall. A bit of a smaller store but they had the shoes that I wanted in the back, so that was great. Staff were friendly and informative. Gave me useful tips and recommendations.
