I hope management team read this. I had such a good experience here last time that I actually brought two friends back today, expecting the same level of service. Kevin is absolute gold! He went above and beyond for my partner and me. He was super patient while helping us figure out our sizes, giving really solid recommendations, and making sure we were actually happy with everything we tried on. There was zero pushiness - just super honest, helpful advice. Thanks to his help, I walked out with awesome new shoes and my partner got the perfect insoles! Staff fitted my running shoes wrong size and wrong width. Hurt my feet and lower back after a run! How can a professional do not know that running shoes is supposed to be half size or one size bigger?! Now my lower back and feet are injured and I have to take time off work as I work in hospitality. All because of one under trained staff careless!
