I just visited the store—while I didn’t make a purchase, Jacob helped me with his great knowledge of shoes and their performance aspects, and I really appreciated his help.
Evan is such a lovely staff member. I went in to get some work shoes, and even though it must have been a bit of a hassle to measure my size and help me choose the right pair, he was consistently friendly, explaining everything clearly with a warm smile.
Good selection of shoes for walking, training and running. The Athlete's Foot feet measuring technology leaves no doubt about your size needs. Staff are extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
Staff are patient and performed an assessment to understand your feet's tendencies and from there would recommend shoes for your feet based on what you will be doing with your new shoes. From my experience they're not rushing to make a sale. There's also a bin in the shop that takes in old sneakers for recycling.
If you want amazing customer service, extensive knowledge and zero pressure to buy (although by the end you’ll have no reason not to) then this is your place. Jacob is a star so ask for him.
