Went to buy a new pair of shoes today, a man named Myles helped me find the perfect pair, absolutely outstanding customer service.
Went in there with a 4yr old and an 11yr, waited patiently looking at the shoes but got ignored by all three staff, and they served three people that come in after us. Then one of the staff asked if we had been served and my partner said no because your staff have served everyone that has come after us including people that just walked in the door the staff member then said that we should have flagged the staff and pulled them away from the people they were serving if this was the case when she was told no this would be rude... read more
