Came in today on my day off to get fitted for shoes that are required for work. It was rather busy and had to wait a little bit, but I got served straight away after a staff member was available. His name is Victor, and he was very pleasant, caring, and personable. I was rest assured I got the best outcome for my perfect shoes. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. Not happy! Tried to do a Click and Collect. Ttp Store showed low stock for what I wanted...NOT no stock! Completed my order and received a Confirmation email. My money quickly left my account! Waited some hours to received collection email. It never came. The same evening, finally received an apology email, can't fill my order. That was fine, these things happen.
