Very rarely leave a review, but the customer service was exceptional. Went to get a foot scan, the young lad that served me was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately didn't have a suitable football boot for me in store, but he gave me a list of specific boots to try to best suit my feet. Highly recommend!
Tea tree plaza store: if its below one star i would give that rating Lady named "EVA" She can be politer and humbler towards customers, we went there for me and my son's footwear, store was Busy i went bit outside and my husband and my son was waiting in queue, she has majored my son (14 years old) explained very quickly he wasn't understanding anything. A special shout out to Jude for her professionalism and excellent customer service! We were there on Monday to get a pair of HOKA Clifton 10 for my son. Unfortunately, the outlet didn’t have the stocks, but Jude organized for stocks from another outlet to be delivered to us for free. I was worried the shoes might not arrive on time as my son would be flying back to university in Brisbane on Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised when the shoes arrived the following day! Great service in store, but don't try to ring. Tried 9 times in an hour and a half, and after 45 seconds, AI says call not answered, then disconnects, each time - no chance to leave message.
