Attended Sunday morning, one male employee serving, other male employee left the premises. I waited half hour to be served, tried on right foot sneaker, was told no left foot available, display only. Why display it if you don’t sell them! Ladies Size 11 or Men’s size 10, I wanted arch supports inside sneakers. Was told none in store to fit me. I left in tears. And I won’t be back.
We had a great experience with Noah. He was very kind, patient. He helped us find the right pair of shoes. He made the whole process easy and comfortable. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Noah, for your outstanding help. Highly recommend!
