A special shout out to Jude for her professionalism and excellent customer service! We were there on Monday to get a pair of HOKA Clifton 10 for my son. Unfortunately, the outlet didn’t have the stocks, but Jude organized for stocks from another outlet to be delivered to us for free. Great service in store, but don't try to ring. Tried 9 times in an hour and a half, and after 45 seconds, AI says call not answered, then disconnects, each time - no chance to leave message.
