Orthotics issue so nice helped me get good shoe! Super friendly.
Great experience with team member James. Came in for the 3D foot scan and obtain recommendations on shoes. James provided great customer service through his knowledge of brands appropriate for my requirements. He is attentive and provided valuable feedback with my queries. Left with a new pair of shoes and happy with my purchase.
Excellent service and staff, good stock and range
Went in and just wanted a scan for my foot to see if I need a neutral or stability shoe. Was served by Fabiana. She took really good care of me explaining the results of the scan and recommending some shoes for me. Even pulling out a couple boxes of shoes for me to try on. I did not end up buying a shoe but this was the best customer service experience I have gotten in a while 10/10 would recommend
