This morning I went to the shop to buy a pair of shoes. I was looking for the ASICS Nimbus 27 in size 9, but they only had size 9.5. After I went to Rebel and they also didn’t have size 9, I came back here and decided to buy the size 9.5. I wanted to try them on one last time, but one of the sales assistants didn’t let me and told me, “You already tried them this morning!” I honestly felt a bit embarrassed. Great experience with team member James. Came in for the 3D foot scan and obtain recommendations on shoes. James provided great customer service through his knowledge of brands appropriate for my requirements. He is attentive and provided valuable feedback with my queries. Left with a new pair of shoes and happy with my purchase.
