Went in to get the boys school shoes and i must say i received excellent service from Jessie... she was very professional and took her time to help us. she even checked my feet to make sure i was wearing the correct size shoes... would highly recommend this store... Thanks Jessie
I've bought a few pairs from this shop for myself with no issues, and recently started getting my son's shoes here too, he is 5. The first pair he grew out of in 3 months and the second pair I returned within a few days because they sized him too small again. If the shops gimmick is to do all the size tests and full service, please train the staff to size up for kids shoes appropriately, can't be spending $110 for them to grow out of them in 3 months. Really shitty about it.
Great service great prices
Its really bad experince. .. we purchased shoe last oct 25. They checked my dougher foot and right size. But two months later she said pain her fingures and ankel. Then i go springfeild shop and talk to change it. They said they cant change it. But its not happen with product issue. Customer service boy angry mood.But their behavor very poor. No recomonded. Dont weast your mony...
