Attended this store today and was fitted correctly. Rob was fantastic in explaining my issues and finding the correct style of shoe. Would highly recommend.
We visited 2–3 stores but weren’t impressed until we came to this one and were looked after by Ben. He was incredibly professional and clearly knew what he was doing. We were so impressed that we ended up buying two pairs of shoes and insoles. Highly recommend him!!
My mum and I came here looking for Brooks Glycerin shoes, one female staff member were very rude towards us, given us the “I don’t need you here” attitude. Side eye, signs, all the typical high school girl antique and also very very racist towards us and our Vietnamese accent. Will never return and never recommend
Had a very pleasant customer service experience from Bella today! She was very helpful and had a genuine interest in helping me find what I was looking for. I didn't end up buying anything because the options presented were a little out of my budget, but I was instead directed to the Moorabbin DFO store. I'm very grateful to Bella for her help in finding me the right size and for taking the time to write down some recommendations for me. Top notch! :)
