The shoes I bought have started to fall apart after 4 months... im not even running. Asics gt 1000, only using for walking...
Went to 3 different shops before getting some decent service. Although there was 5 people there and he was on his own Fizzy balanced service between all of us without losing the ability to ask/ listen to his customers. Nice to see some people take their staff training/ job seriously. Yes I bought my running shoes there and will go back.
I had to swap a pair of shoes I had purchased because they were the wrong size for me. The young lady, with long dark hair and glasses, was very helpful and pleasant. Not the original salesperson. She even let me try on another brand of shoes and explained the differences. I will definitely go back specifically to her when I need more shoes. Thanks so much for the very good service.
Fantastic customer service from a very knowledgeable team. They really take the time to get you the correct fit and feel.
Great service- bought some ASICS which are not American which was a bonus. Had a wide fitting which was great.
