I came in with my daughter to pick out some new netball shoes on friday, a young gentleman with a blonde 'modern mullet' and a tattoo on his forearm, refused to serve us because he was on a mobile phone. it was incredibly rude and unprofessional. But thankfully, an older employee saw us not being served and offered us for assistance.
