I attended the Rockingham store thursday evening 18/09/25 - the young girls were very unprofessional, one was eating behind the counter while staring at me which I found disturbing. the girl that was serving me, i was more of a nuisance to her than anything. She was less than helpful, when I told her the shoe felt too big she refused to allow me to try the next size down until I put the pressure on, which ended up fitting perfectly. Excellent for my husbands socks
I had a great experience with the manager, Fizzy. He was very polite and attentive, and really listened to my concern. After just 4 months, my shoes developed a hole, so I went back to the store. Fizzy was very understanding and helpful, and he arranged a replacement without any hassle. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service.
The shoes I bought have started to fall apart after 4 months... im not even running. Asics gt 1000, only using for walking...
