I had the best shoe buying experience of my life today at athletes foot Robina. I had no idea how in depth these guys go to find the right shoes. They have this special machine that you walk through and it measures your feet as well as identify any abnormalities while walking, then they explain the results and find the perfect fitting shoe. I was served by Lilly, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, she went away and came back with a few pairs of shoes based on the results of the machine and in no time at all found the pe... read more

I was looking for a comfortable walking/running shoe but with extra width. A lovely young lady attended to my needs and after trying on various sizes and styles, I was delighted with my purchase! Thank you to the young lady.....I don't know her name, apart from the fact that she mentioned she's from Bristol in the UK who was super professional and friendly, making my visit GREAT! Thank you
Rude and unhelpful manager. Bought a couple hundred dollars of stuff and needed to replace 3 pairs of socks. Terrible experience. Will never go back.
Bought new balance - 1 month old the foam collapsed and massive cracks formed. No refund or store credit as the manager my fault as I walk funny!! Unbelievable!
