Using the TAF website it indicated that the Parramatta store had the shoe I was looking for in the colourway I wanted - so I visited there on a quiet evening. It took a few minutes for the shift manager (tall guy) to come out from the back (solo shift). I asked for the shoe in question in a BLK Womens US 8. I visited “The Athlete’s Foot” seeking footwear based on a written recommendation from my podiatrist. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to an Indian female staff member’s dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism. While she did perform a brief foot assessment, she showed little regard for the contents of my podiatrist’s letter. I was in this shop over an hour! 1pm til after 2pm. I was the only customer in and in 10mins no acknowledgement, no hi, no asking if I needed help (old salesman was busy showing things to the young salesman on computer) but they noticed the guy that came in after me… I had to go to them to ask for help. The young one came. Then another 3 customers came together and the old salesman happily helped them. Another customer came which looks like he wanted a refund or exchange.
