I had exceptional service from Anne today. I had bought a pair of Hoka’s from here in late May after being fitted. I have a bunion on one foot which made wearing these shoes unbearable. I could only wear them for a couple of hours a day. I decided to visit the store today and see if I could swap them out - Anne assisted me and I bought a pair of new balance extra wide shoes. Outstanding service. Ann was extremely helpful. I'm an amputee, so to have someone knowledgeable was fantastic. Tested 3 types of shoes and I'm now able to walk with confidence and comfort.
staff helpful and informative. You get what you pay for here. This, and the joondalup store are my go to for sporting footwear. I like that they use a machine to analyse your foot size etc. pretty snazzy if you ask me.
