A very late shout out to Jacob and Lilly at Athletes Foot Nowra.I came in to the store and had two gift cards that had problems with them , both Jacob and Lilly were amazing in sorting out the problem for me and my husband walked away with a great pair of runners. Thank you both for your patience and professionalism.
The staff were helpful and welcoming but I found that when I bought some shoes they were wrecked! I had a trip to Italy for a month and I couldn’t return them. I explained to the staff what had happened but they made we keep them. Now I’m stuck with terrible shoes.
Dont bother. Tried to order a product with click and collect, the site wouldn't allow it. Called the main number to Athletes Foot, they confirmed theres a problem with online ordering. They provided me a number to Nowra's store however when you ring it gives you an error message then hangs up. Solution - dont buy from Athletes Foot. Zero competence or customer service.
Great helpful staff! Knew their products really well and how to highlight different features and styles. Polite, respectful, easy going with no pressure to buy. I usually hate shoe shopping, but I'll happily return when I next need shoes after this positive experience. Thankyou.
