The staff were helpful and welcoming but I found that when I bought some shoes they were wrecked! I had a trip to Italy for a month and I couldn’t return them. I explained to the staff what had happened but they made we keep them. Now I’m stuck with terrible shoes.
Dont bother. Tried to order a product with click and collect, the site wouldn't allow it. Called the main number to Athletes Foot, they confirmed theres a problem with online ordering. They provided me a number to Nowra's store however when you ring it gives you an error message then hangs up. Solution - dont buy from Athletes Foot. Zero competence or customer service.
Great helpful staff! Knew their products really well and how to highlight different features and styles. Polite, respectful, easy going with no pressure to buy. I usually hate shoe shopping, but I'll happily return when I next need shoes after this positive experience. Thankyou.
Had the best experience in store getting new school shoes for my Son. The store manager Jacob was fantastic! He gave great advice and was so quick and efficient (everything you want when you’re shopping with a child) I could not recommend him and Athletes foot Nowra more!
