I went in to the Athletes foot today not really knowing what I needed! Shoutout to Jenny for helping me understand what I needed for the price I wanted! You legend, definitely coming back soon
They have a sign saying the whole worlds u der staffed so please be kind - which is cute and made me smile. Three staff on, not a single one even acknowledged my presence and a woman who enter after me, was attended to first and id been waiting about 10-15 mins already at this point. I worked retail for years and part of the job is acknowledging customers and paying attention to what order they enter the store. Get it doesnt always happen but not everyone has all day or or week to come and try on shoes (:

Jeny is an absolute superstar!! I came in to find some shoes for work, Jeny did these scans on my feet and walking pattern, discussed the results and why certain parts of a shoe will be important to me, and then offered me multiple options. Her service was excellent and friendly, but more importantly Jeny knew a lot about the shoes and science behind the scans! Good customer service is lost in this day and age, but Jeny truly helped me and it's worth going in to see her if you're unsure about what shoes to get. 10/10 absolut... read more
