Very disappointing experience - I was returning a $180 pair of kids' Asics Gel Kayano 32 shoes on which the soles had started peeling off after 5 weeks' use. The staff agreed to replace the shoes, but kept referring to the replacement as a "goodwill gesture" even though the shoes were clearly faulty and I was legally entitled to a refund. They also told me that it was a once-off, and that if the soles peeled off on the replacements, they would not replace them again, also a violation of my consumer rights. I came to your store around 3:30 in the afternoon of November 17. The blonde male staff was very rude, the interest is zero and the product is in stock, but it says it is not available. He was laughing when we said something, we didn't understand, his behaviour was very bad. Even 0 points is too much for you.
