I had such a great experience at The Athlete's Foot thanks to the amazing help from one of the staff members named Edward. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. They took the time to listen, explain the options, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find — thank you again for going above and beyond!

I had a good experience with customer service in the store, the shop assistant was very responsive. However, despite mentioning upfront that I preferred shoes with no arches in the footbed, the insole that I was recommended has a slight arch that has caused lasting pain and discomfort on both feet every time I've worn the shoes.
