I had a good experience with customer service in the store, the shop assistant was very responsive. However, despite mentioning upfront that I preferred shoes with no arches in the footbed, the insole that I was recommended has a slight arch that has caused lasting pain and discomfort on both feet every time I've worn the shoes. Terrible customer service, the staff will just ignore you.
The worst in store experience. Customer service is terrible. Will not be visiting again
A truly horrible experience as we waited 30 minutes, watched five customers being served before us despite arriving before them. Every staff member ignored us and walked around avoiding our gaze. Not sure why the store is run this way.
