I was served today by a young guy named Lachlan. Even though the store was incredibly busy, he was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I’ll be buying all of my shoes here from now on.
An excellent customer experience with Zaiidyn, who was friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. I needed better footwear to manage the pain in the centre of my foot. I got some Brooks Glycerin GTS 22, which, having researched them on returning home after purchase, turned out to appear to be better for my condition than a similar model, which I would have selected myself for online ordering without the professional advice. Visiting the store and getting help was a wise decision.
